That feeling you have in your shoulder and elbow after playing your Wii for hours and hours now has a medical name. It’s called Wiiitis, and the symptoms of the condition are consistent with those of sports conditions like tennis elbow and rotator cuff injuries. The term has been officially recognized by The New England Journal of Medicine.

Luckily, there’s a cure. You won’t like it much, though. It involves the taking of ibuprofen and abstinence from your Wii for a long period of time. See? Told you that you wouldn’t like it. I rather suffer through the elbow and shoulder trouble than give up Wii Tennis.
