Multi-Touch technology is the hot interface for electronic devices, and Microsoft jumped onto the bandwagon. The Redmond company finally took the wraps off their touchscreen table technology called Surface. It’s the first commercially available surface computer that provides effortless interaction with digital content through natural gestures. In layman’s terms, it’s a 30″ touchscreen backed by some amazing and potentially revolutionizing software. Although anyone can buy one, it’s priced squarely for hotels, restaurants and other public venues.
